COLD GALVANIZING SPRAY is a zinc-rich high performance spray that prevents rust on steel orgalvanized coatings. The self-sacrificing zinc protects the base metal, preserving strength and preventing rust when the area is penetrated or scratched.

APPLICATIONS:

GLUEDEVIL COLD GALVANIZING SPRAY is used for touch-ups and repairs to galvanized steel, ducts, fences, gutters, truck, trailers and more.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Clean surfaces thoroughly-remove any dirt, grease, rust and loose paint. Remove loose paint with a wire brush or sand paper before spraying.

Shake vigorously until glass agitator (mixing ball) rattles in the can.

Apply constant pressure on the nozzle while spraying the surface uniformly from a distance of 20 – 30cm. Keep the can in motion from side to side so that the coating is deposited evenly.

It is recommended to apply several thin coatings while allowing the paint to dry between coats.
